If your question is really about a specific tripod, head, or lens you own, the manufacturer’s own spec sheet will have a more authoritative answer than this site can give; TripodIQ’s calculators produce general engineering estimates, not manufacturer specifications, and the site isn’t affiliated with any tripod, camera, or lens maker.

Before writing in about a tool result, it can help to double-check the numbers you entered — units (centimetres versus inches, kilograms versus pounds), a lever arm or offset, or a mistyped value is the most common source of a surprising answer. If it still looks wrong after that, that’s exactly the kind of message worth sending.
